Personal Sickness
AFLAC's Personal Sickness Plan will pay cash for visits to a physician for sickness or routine visits and for hospital confinement due to sickness. Benefits Paid: Pays $20 per visit whether routine or for a sickness (4 per year for individual, 8 per year for family). Pays $140 per day for hospital confinement due to sickness (up to 180 days). Pays $150 for major diagnostic exams (CT scans, MRI, EEG, etc.). Pays up to $2,000 for surgery performed due to sickness. Pays $100 for ground ambulance and $1,000 for air ambulance transportation.

Hospital Protection
Will pay $495 per day per individual that an individual is hospitalized including Maternity where new borns are covered right away. Other benefits include short stay benefits and invasive diagnostic exams. We will pay $50-$1000 for operations subject to the exact operation that it is. As in all of our plans except for disability we can cover dependents as well as spouses. All of these benefits are cash benefits and will be paid in cash on an individual basis per procedure.

Whole Life Insurance
AFLAC offers a variety of life insurance to suit every need and income. Life insurance helps take care of your loved one's immediate and future financial needs following your death. Immediate needs can include burial/funeral expenses, uninsured medical costs and current bills and debts. Future needs could include income replacement, education plans, ongoing family obligations, emergency funds, and retirement expenses.
Whole life insurance offers a death benefit, plus an investment component that may be collected, borrowed or used to pay the policy's premiums. The policy may remain in force for a lifetime, as long as the premiums are paid.

Term Life insurance provides a death benefit for a specific length of time of either 10, 20, or 30 years. Coverage expires at the end of the term.

Dental
AFLAC New York offers several different levels of dental coverage. Plans include the basic plan that can be used to supplemental dental insurance and our standard and premier plus plans that are primary dental coverage. Benefits: No Networks, Cosmetic and Orthodontic riders available.
