Aflac pays cash benefits directly to the policyholder, unless benefits are assigned, to help with out-of-pocket expenses that may occur when you are sick or hurt. Benefits are paid regardless of any other insurance coverage that you may have.

 

Coverage is underwritten by American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus. In New York, coverage is underwritten by American Family Life Assurance Company of New York.
